Xiaomi has officially kicked off pre-sales for its updated SU7 electric vehicle lineup, with a full launch scheduled for April 2026. While the starting price has bumped up slightly to 229,900 yuan ($32,800 USD), the new models come packed with significant upgrades in performance, safety, and standard features.
Extended Range: The Pro model now boasts an impressive 902km CLTC range (up from 830km), while the Standard and Max versions have increased to 720km and 835km, respectively.
Standardized Tech: Every model now includes LiDAR and improved computing power (700 TOPS), meaning advanced driver assistance is no longer reserved for the top trims.
Faster Charging & Power: The entire lineup gets the new V6s Plus motor and higher voltage platforms. The Max trim can now add 670km of range in just 15 minutes.
Enhanced Safety: The chassis is tougher with 2200MPa steel, and the airbag count has risen from 7 to 9. A new backup power system for door locks is also standard.
Pricing Breakdown:
Standard: Approx. $32,800 USD (229,900 yuan)
Pro: Approx. $37,100 USD (259,900 yuan)
Max: Approx. $44,300 USD (309,900 yuan)
Visually, the changes are subtle, featuring a refined grille, wider rear tires for better grip, and a new "Capri Blue" color option. For current reservation holders, Xiaomi is offering a limited-time window to upgrade to this new generation while keeping original perks.
